Soledad “Da” Concepcion Chaco (familian Ti′no/Santa Rita) , 83, passed away Aug 14, 2014, in San Diego, Ca.

In her new life, she joins:

Her parents: Antonio & Hinara Concepcion,

Brothers: Ben & Jesus,

Brother in law: Jesus Borja,

Sisters-in-law, Sylvia Brockwell Concepcion & Teresita Concepcion.

“Da” will live in the hearts of her:

Daughters: Florence (Paul) Loke and June Rosario,

16 grandchildren and 12great- grandchildren,

Sister: Beck C. Borja,

Brothers: Juan (May) Concepcion and Rick (Mae) Concepcion,

Sisters-In-Law: Marie Herbers Concepcion & Nancy Concepcion.

She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
