Wednesdays for Older Adults to benefit from the EAT SMART, LIVE STRONG PROGRAM.

Vegetable Fried Rice Cooking demo to promote the next session of ESLS at the
Guam Club. Tomorrow,
Wednesday, Dec 17, 11 a.m. at the Clubhouse. 334 Willie James Jones Ave. San
Diego, CA
"Older Adults will Benefit from Eat Smart, Live Strong. Fun
Interactive Sessions are designed for able-bodied, independent, older adults 60
to 74 years of age. Program encourages to adopt two key behaviors that will
improve health and quality of life.
1. Eat at least 3 1/2 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. (1
1/2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of vegetables).
2. Participate in at least 30 minutes of physical activity most
days of the week."
Next SDGC/UPAC 2nd ESLS Class (6 Sessions) will commence in
January.
