Not One More Acre

The U.S. Department of Defense currently controls almost 36,000 acres of Guam - more than 1/4 of the entire island – and it wants more.

DoD has recently proposed to build 5 firing ranges at either Pågat Village or Fena aka “Naval Magazine.” In addition to significant impacts on cultural sites, environmental consequences and social impacts, every single option that DoD has currently identified would require the acquisition of more land.

The purpose of this site is to provide easy access to information released by DoD regarding its plans, updates and explanations on the Supplemental EIS process, and an opportunity for people to engage in the NEPA process
