Feb 25- Pale` Eric's Fundraising Event-Redondo Beach, CA

Dear family and friends,

By now you’ve probably heard about Pale` Eric’s next project. . . but if not, please allow me to share the good news with you.

Following Pale` Eric's workshops in LA, the Bay Area and SD , we felt it necessary to record the data he had gathered over a 26 year period and archive it for the people of Guam. The project will consist of an exclusive video production and documentary entitled: Chamorro Culture: A Drama in Three Acts - Hagas, Antes and Pa’go. Those who attended Pale` Eric's workshop can attest that the information presented was historical and educational and must be archived so it never becomes extinct. Therefore, we appeal to you to assist us in the video production of his DVDs which will be professionally recorded in a Los Angeles sound studio.

In order for everyone, especially the Chamorro people to be aware of this historical project, we plan to record a short (trailer) video which will be used to raise awareness and solicit donations from large corporate sponsors as well as individual donors. Although there will be production costs for the short (trailer) video, we are hoping to offset such costs by sponsoring local fundraisers. Our first such fundraiser will be on Feb 25th here in LA and on Feb 27th in San Diego . Pale` will be flying into So Cal from Guam on Feb 25th and will be in attendance at both fundraisers. Event proceeds will aid in the production costs of the short video (trailer).

As you know, we are starting from ground zero - so naturally any and all monetary support to fund this very important, first-of-its-kind project is being solicited. I hope you will assist us to reach our goal by partnering with us either by donating, hosting and/or supporting our   fundraising events. Please consider being a fundraising sponsor at your club or local association to help raise the funds needed for the short (trailer) video. All it takes is a few people to chair the event to make it possible.

Please join us on Feb 25th at El Tarasco on PCH in Redondo Beach to kickoff the first of many fundraising events. Pale` Eric will be very happy to see all of you again! Refer to the attached flyer for details. If possible, please purchase your tickets in advance of the event.
