It is with sadness to announce the peaceful passing of Soledad Fairley known to most as "Dottie" after a lengthy illness at Carlsbad on Thursday, July 25, 2013.
Dottie was a longtime supporter of the Sons & Daughter of Guam Club until she was stricken ill; therefore, please pass on to relatives, friends and acquaintances of "Dottie" who may be interested in paying last respects.
