RIP - Felipe “Phil” Garrido Borja

Felipe “Phil” Garrido Borja, age 67, formerly of Merizo, Guam, passed away in Oceanside, February 4, 2014. Phil retired from Civil Service as an electrician.

Phil is survived  by his wife, Terry Cruz Borja, their 5 children: Sandra (John) Cepeda, Vincent(Helene), Phil Jr., Monica, Therese (Eddie) Coloma, many grandchildren and  great grandchildren. Brother: Joseph(Vicky), Sister: Tita Torres, and Sister in law: Laling(Jesus+).

Services February 14, 2014

10 a.m. public viewing

11 a.m. Rosary

12 noon – Mass. Burial afterwards in the Mission Cemetery.
